Q. Are your courses accredited?

A. All of our courses are fully accredited and insurable. You will receive your accredited certificate upon completion of your course to not only apply for insurance but also to show your new skills!

Q. What happens if I don't pass?

A. In the event that you do not meet the requirements to gain your qualification at your training, you will be invited to re attend at no extra cost to yourself.

Q. Am I required to perform a written assessment?

A. No written assessments are required, your skills will be assessed via your practical session with feedback provided. We will verbally assess you during your time with us to ensure you have full understanding of the treatment you are training in.

Q. Do I need to buy a kit beforehand?

A. No, all tools equipment and products are provided for you on the day. to which you will have full access of the kits we recommend.

Q. Do you provide kits included in the cost?

A. No, whilst we make recommendations on all products tools and equipment, upon completion you will be qualified to use any brand you wish and so you can build your own kit to suit your budget and requirements.

Q. Who provides the training?

A. Our Head Educators Laura and Debbie provide all training courses on a 1-2-1 basis.

With a wealth of knowledge and 20+ years in the industry you will have access to unlimited ongoing support. Business advice is also provided to students who would like their recommendations.

T's & C's

Dates are not secured without a booking fee. Booking fees vary for each course. Booking fees are deducted from the final balance due. The final balance is due strictly 24 hours before your course date. Booking fees are non refundable - they are transferable to another date on one occasion if 48 hours notice is provided. If 48 hours notice is not provided your booking fee is forfeited. If you no show to your training your booking fee is forfeited. Booking fees are not transferable to other course options.

Payments made via the website including Klarna, Apple Pay, visa & credit card - in the event that you do not show to your practical training without providing 48 hours notice to reschedule your balance is forfeited and you will need to pay in full in order to rebook. 

You must provide a model for your practical training session.

Some home learning is required.
